3. Scheduling & Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
This guarantee applies to work performed by A&E Window Cleaning and does not cover damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty window seals, or factors outside our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
A&E Window Cleaning will take reasonable care while performing services on your property. However, we are not liable for:
